All Party Host MUST FIRST COMPLETE A STUDENT REGISTRATION ACCOUNT WITH TPE TO BOOK

ALL PARTY GUEST/ATTENDEES MUST COMPLETE STUDENT REGISTRATION BEFORE PARTY START TIME

ALL PARTIES/EVENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL - AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE PARTY START TIME.

ANY SAME DAY CHANGES OR GUEST ADDITIONS WILL RESULT TO A $35 CONVENIENCE FEE

ALL PARTIES/EVENTS REQUIRE A CARD TO BE PLACED ON THE HOST ACCOUNT/PROFILE.

ALL ITEMS/DECOR/FOOD & BEVERAGE, MUST BE REMOVED FROM FACILITY BY THE PARTY ATTENDEES/GUEST FOLLOWING EVENT.

FACILITY CLEAN UP BY A STAFF MEMBER OR TPE CLEANING STAFF, DUE TO A PARTY/EVENT FAILURE TO COMPLY, WILL RESULT IN $75-$150 CLEAN UP FEE. FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE

ALL “STANDARD” PARTIES REQUIRE A $250 MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENT THAT MUST BE MET BEFORE PARTY STARTS.

DISCOUNTED BUNDLES PACKAGES DO NOT REQUIRE MINIMUM BALANCE OF $250.

IF PARTY DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH GUEST TO MEET MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENT FOR A STANDARD PARTY, REMAINING BALANCE DUE WOULD BE CHARGED TO HOST ACCOUNT TO ASSURE $250 HAS BEEN MET BEFORE START OF PARTY. THIS CHARGE IS AUTOMATED BY TPE SYSTEMS.

DISCOUNTED BUNDLES MAY BE BOOKED AT THE LOWEST PACKAGE OPTION (THE BFF) & UPGRADED TO ANY HIGHER LEVEL PACKAGE BY PAYING THE BALANCE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT. UPGRADE MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE PARTY START TIME.

ONCE PARTY HAS BEEN BOOKED AND CONFIRMED, HOST WILL HAVE 24 HOURS TO MAKE FREE CHANGES TO RESERVATION.

GUEST MAY CHANGE DATE OR TIME FOR FREE, IF CHANGED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING

ALL CHANGES TO PARTY/EVENT DATE AND TIME, AFTER 24 HOURS FROM BOOKING, WILL INQUIRE A CONVENIENCE FEE $50 Fee To Change Time $75 Fee To Change Date.

ALL PARTIES/EVENTS ARE GIVEN A 30 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, IF LATE. TPE INSTRUCTOR WILL CANCEL EVENT AFTER 30 MINUTE NO SHOW.

IF A PARTY/EVENTS STARTS LATE, MISSED TIME CAN NOT BE ADDED ON TO THE END OF EVENT. MANAGEMENT APPROVAL REQUIRED.

IF A PARTY IS RUNNING LATE AND WOULD LIKE TO ADD ON ADDITIONAL TIME TO THEIR PARTY DUE TO TARDINESS, FEES WILL BE APPLIED.

IF PARTY/EVENT NEEDS TO BE RESCHEDULED, THERE WILL BE A $75 RESCHEDULING FEE CHARGED ONCE NEW DATE HAS BEEN DETERMINED AND BOOKED.

IF PARTY/EVENT CANCELS, HOST WILL HAVE 30 DAYS FROM CANCELATION DATE TO BOOK AND DETERMINE A RESCHEDULE DATE. $75 WILL BE CHARGED ONCE NEW DATE HAS BEEN BOOKED.

ANY CANCELLATIONS, THAT ARE NOT RESCHEDULED IN 30 DAYS WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ANY PARTY DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ACCESSED.
