In this class you will experience choreography with a variety of chair acro, dance, and floor work. Class will include a warm up with conditioning, and work through various tricks and sequences in a 1-2 minute routine. We will cycle through choreography every two weeks, so you have the opportunity to master the sequence and tricks we worked on previously. Each class will allow time for freestyle and practice as well.
